Volunteer at the Free Food Distributions
Volunteer to help at the free food distributions in Chaska and Norwood Young America. Volunteers are needed to pack produce, sort food items, distribute food into vehicles, and more. There are tasks for people of all ages and abilities. Click here for more information or to sign up. Typically distributions are scheduled the first Friday of the month in Norwood Young America and the third Thursday of the month in Chaska.

Additional Volunteer Opportunities
Bountiful Basket Food Shelf is piloting a snack program for all Eastern Carver County School District Schools so students who otherwise would not have access to a snack during the school day. Snack donations are needed, but they must be Smart Snacks approved so they meet nutritional requirements. Purchase approved items directly from their Amazon wish list.

His House Foundation Abundance Program
Volunteer opportunities include picking up food donations from local businesses, delivering food and essentials to families, weeding/harvesting food at the Abundance Farm in Chanhassen, and more

Volunteer opportunities include preparing meals, delivering meals, picking up food rescue, and more.
